Te Ngae Medical Centre is open from 8am to 5pm each work day with Doctors appointments from 8.30 am to 4.45 pm.
To make an appointment please call us on 073456627 and press 1 to talk to reception or book your own appointment online with our Patient Portal, Accession. Our appointments are generally 15 minutes, if you would prefer a longer time to talk with your doctor or nurse please tell the receptionist when you call.
Te Ngae Medical Centre holds an acute clinic every day between the hours of 8.30am and 11.00am. The acute clinic caters for patients who are unable to see their Doctor on the day and require medical attention. The clinic is for single urgent problems only and patients are generally seen in order of arrival.
For urgent medical attention after hours, over the weekends and on statutory days you may wish to go to Lakes PrimeCare (073481000) or Lakes DHB emergency department (073481199).
